The Failed Robbery Attempt
As reported by Genius Celebs, Miranda accidentally shot himself in the ankle during an attempted robbery of a driver with a concealed carry license. The driver resisted, successfully disarming Miranda and firing multiple shots at him, hitting him in the chest and abdomen. Subsequently, Miranda fled the scene and intentionally shot himself in the head, resulting in the displacement of his eye.
Following the incident, Miranda received medical treatment, including surgery, and managed to survive. He faced charges of armed robbery, aggravated battery, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
The Fatal Bar Fight
Miranda was implicated in a fatal shooting outside the Riverside Sports Bar and Grill in Fall River on October 10, 2022. Following an altercation that ensued around 1:30 a.m. when Miranda and two others clashed with another group of men upon leaving the bar.
As reported by The Herald News, Jose Roberto Zelaya, 45, attempted to intervene and mediate the altercation but tragically got shot in the chest by one of the men from Miranda’s group. Unfortunately, Zelaya succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Subsequently, Miranda and his associates fled but were apprehended by the police later.
Miranda faced charges including manslaughter, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with the discharge of a firearm, possession of an illegal firearm, and carrying a loaded illegal firearm. He was remanded without bail and arraigned on October 12, 2022.

Miranda is presently in anticipation of trial for both incidents.
